About
A jack of all trades.
With its Scandinavian design, the Stockholm Salt & Pepper Mill from Crushgrind transforms a kitchen accessory into a true decorative object meant to be displayed rather than hidden away in a kitchen cupboard. A small disc featuring the initial S or P, crowning the top of the mill, allows you to change its use easily as you please. The light Oak or stained Beech wood brings an extra touch of authenticity to your table.

Maintenance and installation advice
Grind adjustment
Turn the adjustment knob clockwise for a finer grind, or counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
Cleaning
To clean your mill, unscrew the adjustment knob and remove the ceramic cone. Using a stiff brush, carefully clean the grinding stone as well as the cone.
If necessary, immerse the ceramic cone in lukewarm water to dissolve any residues. Let it dry completely for 24 hours before reassembling and using the mill again.
Changing spices
If you wish to use your mill with a different spice, grinding a few grains of coarse salt will help remove residues and naturally clean the ceramic parts.
