In a Chinese tea shade, this statement piece that draws all eyes will create just the right atmosphere.

Four manufacturing steps bear witness to a unique expertise. First, the hand-knotting of wool sourced in New Zealand. The yarn is passed through, knotted, and then cut to the desired length. A horizontal weft secures the knots at the end of each row; each row is also combed as it goes. Finally, the rug is cut from the loom, shaved, washed, and then dried.

A slight release of fibers is normal during the first few months of use; this is the natural process of unclogging.
